Sheila’s company has taken care of all my rental properties for almost 4 years. She has a maintenance crew that handles everything from leaking windows to light fixture replacement. Her painting crews have done superb work in spray painting and repairing my eight rental units, as well as custom painting the interior of my personal residence and its outside trim.
